Welcome!


I'm Brandon Shamoo, a Software Engineer experienced in Full-Stack development with a passion for the Back-End. I'm currently working as a Software Engineer developing ad tech solutions for Sabio Inc.. I've graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in Information and Intelligent Systems at the University of California, Irvine (UCI).


Outside of school and work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to music and curating playlists, watching and playing sports, and traveling to exciting locations to experience new cultures.

Identified and mitigated performance bottlenecks through load testing, resulting in an 18% cost reduction on AWS EC2 instances

Designed and developed from start to finish ad server, operations dashboard, and REST API support for a custom video media type adhering to Video Ad Serving Template (VAST) and Open Real-Time Bidding (OpenRTB) protocols, utilized by 35 ad creatives

Created and developed a Java-based Android app leveraging the Google IMA SDK and self-modified AdButler SDK to streamline the process of previewing over 20,000 ad creatives on an Android mobile device, leading to a 20% increase in ad creative testing efficiency.
